When should I take the test?
If your periods are regular, it's best to collect your sample on the 3rd day of your menstrual cycle (with day 1 being the first day of your period). If your cycle isn't regular, you can take the test at any time that's convenient for you. Just a little tip: If you're applying hormone gel or cream, please remember to use the opposite hand for taking your blood sample. This small step helps to avoid contaminating the sample, ensuring you get the most accurate results.
